We’ve made it to the final days of this 28 Days of Practice, and what a journey it’s been! This Reflection Weekend, let’s take a moment to look back on our progress and prepare to step into the next Practice with a focus on Becoming Your Best Self.

 


🌟 Reflection Weekend: Celebrate and Reset

Reflection is where growth really shines. It’s the time to acknowledge how far you’ve come and set yourself up for the next chapter.

Here’s how you can make the most of this weekend:

  1. Looking Back:

    • Reflect on where you started this 28 Days of Practice and where you are now.
    • Celebrate your wins—big or small. Every step counts!
    • Use the Finish Snapshot Worksheet and Final Evaluation Worksheet here:

    • As we move into the next Practice, think about what habits, thoughts, or actions you want to carry forward.

🌱 What’s Coming Next: Becoming Your Best Self (Dec 2–29)

Starting Monday, our new 28 Days of Practice will focus on Becoming Your Best Self. This Practice is all about visualising the person you want to grow into, building the habits and mindsets that support your vision, and celebrating the incredible progress you’ve made this year.

🛠️ What Are 28 Days of Practice?

The 28 Days of Practice framework is how we approach growth here in Fast Mama. It’s not about striving for perfection; it’s about practicing small, intentional steps toward the life you want to create. Each 28 Days is an opportunity to:

  • Strengthen Habits: Focus on specific actions that align with your goals.
  • Reflect and Adjust: Regularly check in on what’s working and what needs tweaking.
  • Celebrate Wins: Recognise progress in all its forms—bit by bit, we grow!


🎯 Introducing Focus Tracks

As part of evolving the 28 Days of Practice, we’re transitioning to Focus Tracks that will help you personalise your journey. Each Focus Track is designed to guide you through a specific area of growth while aligning with the overarching theme of the Practice.

This Month’s Focus: Becoming Your Best Self

For this Practice, we’ll all explore the same theme together as we transition into the new Focus Track approach.

Starting in January, you’ll be able to choose from a range of Focus Tracks, such as:

  • Mindset Mastery: Dive deep into thought work and emotional resilience.
  • Building Confidence: Strengthen your belief in yourself through action and reflection.
  • Habit Momentum: Focus on creating consistency in your daily actions.
  • Emotional Eating Freedom: Learn to navigate emotions without turning to food.
  • Custom Tracks: Tailor your practice to your unique goals and challenges.

Each Track will include tools, prompts, and resources to support you while still allowing you to connect with the Tribe and participate in accountability calls.


🕒 Weekly Accountability + Coaching Calls

To better suit the holiday season and allow flexibility, we’re making some changes:

  • New Call Times:
     
  • Sydney - Sundays at 8 PM + Mondays at 6 AM
    London - Sundays 9 AM + Sundays at 7 PM
    New York - Sundays at 4 AM + Sundays at 2 PM
  • Call Format:

    • Accountability check-ins: Share progress, challenges, and wins.
    • Optional coaching: Ask questions and get personalised support during live calls.
