Happy Monday beautiful people,
I took a few days off last week and headed interstate to meet up with a beautiful Prima who was in Australia all the way from London! It's such a precious and emotional moment for me to meet you guys, such a joy.
I also spent some time hanging out with a couple of my friends and their families.
I've come home to my family feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
I almost cut my trip short because I felt guilty being away from my family and I missed them.
But I stood bravely and got through it and I'm so glad I did βΊοΈ
This week keeping with the finals of the World Cup igniting us all, we will focus on Goals!
Step #1 of our 4 steps is knowing what you want.
Part of that is setting your goal and stepping stones that are mini goals along the way.
It's also finding your anchors that draw you towards your goals.
Then reading your goals and anchors each day to remind yourself of what you truly want.
I've set myself a new goal of losing 10lbs and I have a mini goal of 5lbs.
I'll be checking in with you all in the main facebook group and tracking it all along the way.

- Decide what you want: Use the front pages of our monthly planner to set your goal, stepping stones and anchors. We'll also be going through this in Call #1 this week.
- Set your plan: use the monthly planner or do it when you check in today. Remember to read your anchors and goals each day
- Track everything: capture it all in your journal/planner/check in...where ever you want to. The key is to capture. The on plan and off plan. The 'doing it' and 'not doing it'. Be fair to yourself to capture it all so you have accurate data.
- Troubleshoot: when you're not doing the actions you want to be doing or getting the results you want to be getting troubleshoot with thoughts and feelings. That's where your answers lay. Tag me in a post and get some help. You can even post anonymously in our facebook group. Our Call #2 and #3 this week will be dedicated to troubleshooting so bring your obstacles or send them into me and I'll address them on the call.
I'm feeling so focused on removing 10lbs especially these next 5lb. I'm so confident we can all lose weight together over the coming weeks.

Reset or Refocus: sometimes we hit obstacles that are blocking our progress and growth. Working with the tools in the Fast Mama Program helps but sometimes you just need private time and space to dial in, focus and address your specific needs.
You Time: Private time dedicated just to you, a time where we prioritise and work on what's important to you and your goals and help you overcome what's getting in your way of achieving them.
Privacy: Some things might feel too personal to share in a group setting and working through them is what you feel called to do. Our private sessions allow you to bring up any event, circumstance or any topic you want to get coached on, it's a safe space to work through anything you feel is holding you back from shining bright.
Make yourself proud: You might feel in a rut not making any progress and you’re ready to step up and make yourself proud. Private coaching can help you set bigger goals that you are willing to strive for and can help keep you focused on getting there.
