Happy Monday Tribies π
This week we finish up and close out the 30 Days of Practice and we begin the next 30 Days.
How this works:
Most Tribies will complete Day 30 on Tuesday (some will complete on other days and that's ok).
If you stopped practicing before Day 30 that's ok. The ONLY solution to ensure future progress is to start practicing again.
NOTE: To judge and berate yourself is not part of that practice. Having compassion for where you are, deciding what you want and stepping forward is how it's done. NOT judgement (even if your brain wants to practice judgement because that's what it knows and naturally does, interrupt it and practice compassion every time you notice judgement sneak in).
When you finish Day 30, use the next few days to complete the last 4 pages of the 30 Day Planner:
- Weekly Evaluation
- Final Evaluation
- Finish Snapshot
- Close this Chapter
ESPECIALLY complete the Finish Snapshot and Close This Chapter even if you don't want to or think you don't need to. Collect the gold nuggets from the month.
Your success isn't only if/when you get to goal weight. Your success happens along the way so collect your success and acknowledge it.
Share your wins in the Facebook Group if you feel like publicly recognising yourself and your progress. This is optional and totally up to you.
Our next 30 Days of Practice starts Friday 20th October.
Once you've completed the Month Close from the last 30 Days, move onto working through the Prep Work for the next 30 Days of Practice.
You don't have to have all the prep work done before you start practicing. You can work through the Prep Work in the first week of the next 30 Days. (If you did last months prep work then this months will be easier as a lot of it will be the same/similar).
Many of you will be well on your way (even if your brain tells you you're not).
And some of you will have stopped and already decided you won't achieve 10lbs weight loss in 90 Days.
Here's what I want to say to you:
You CAN achieve 10lbs weight loss in the next 60 Days. Here's how:
- Know what you want (Use the prep pages in the planner OR just jot down on a piece of paper the next mini goal you are wanting to achieve).
- Set a plan (use the daily planner or even just jot a plan down your plan each day on a scrap piece of paper)
- Show up (track what you're actually eating, attend calls or watch replays, check in, troubleshoot and ask for help if you're not showing up. AND stand back up every single time you think you've 'fallen')
- Build your confidence (focus on your wins and success moments, find small ways you've improved just 1%, be kind and acknowledge that you're practicing).
Use the 4 Steps of Practice and you will make progress.
This weeks Coaching Sessions I want us to use to step forward. Bring all your obstacles, all the reasons why you're not making progress or that might be hindering your progress and we'll work through them.

Reset or Refocus: sometimes we hit obstacles that are blocking our progress and growth. Working with the tools in the Fast Mama Program helps but sometimes you just need private time and space to dial in, focus and address your specific needs.
You Time: Private time dedicated just to you, a time where we prioritise and work on what's important to you and your goals and help you overcome what's getting in your way of achieving them.
Privacy: Some things might feel too personal to share in a group setting and working through them is what you feel called to do. Our private sessions allow you to bring up any event, circumstance or any topic you want to get coached on, it's a safe space to work through anything you feel is holding you back from shining bright.
Make yourself proud: You might feel in a rut not making any progress and you’re ready to step up and make yourself proud. Private coaching can help you set bigger goals that you are willing to strive for and can help keep you focused on getting there.
