Tribe News - 11th April 2023

Happy Tuesday beautiful Tribies,

Easter has come and gone and how you feel today will really be created by how you think the past week went. 

You might be thinking "it didn't go to plan, I overate, I binged and ate so many things" or you might be thinking "this Easter was better than my old average Easter's". 

And the actual facts of the matter might not even be thought about here. 

Your brain may be judging your week without considering all the facts. 

This is why Step 6 - Evaluate and Celebrate is so important. To help you pause and consider actual facts. To stop your brain from its usual habit of focusing on the negative and starting with the positives. 

So gift yourself a moment of pause and evaluate:
- What worked?
- What didn't work?
- What do you want to do differently next time?

Once done, let it go.

Take a deep breath in and out, and let it go.

Be here right now where you are and let's turn our focus forward. 

What do you want your week ahead to be? Look like? 
How do you want to live life this next week? 

For me:
- Follow my base plan each day. 
- Exercise/move my body daily.
- Drink enough water.
- Get 8 hours sleep each night.
- Do thought work each day (just 5 mins)
- Pause daily to feel my feelings (I feel like I've been forgetting to do this over the past week). 

What feelings will help me do the above actions?

Calm, intentional, valuable and important to self. Supported. 


What thoughts will help me feel this way?

This weeks plan is exactly how I want to live my life long-term. And when I live my life this way I feel amazing. I want that for myself. 

Breathing and feelings refuels me, gosh it feels good. 

My plan is luxurious. 

Moving my body gets the energy flowing, even if it's rolling around on the floor. 

2 days on plan will get me feeling great again. Just 2 days.

This challenge will be focusing more on creating calm and freedom around food to help you lose weight and keep it off.
