And, it's super valuable to capture where you are today so you can measure then end of your next 28 Days against this one (remember we never measure today agains our goals, always against where we started).

Here's how you participate:
Comment when you check in on Monday if you're joining us for 5 Days to Great.
Each morning check in or comment with how you're feeling and share your plan for the day.
Anytime you feel a check in will help you, comment in the check ins during your day.
Announce your kitchen is closed each night and share your plan for the following day.
Once you finish this 5 Great Days you will officially have raised the bar for your daily check ins.
