I hope your week is going great and you're living 'better than average'.
Today I want to highlight and celebrate the progress of one particular Tribie who is consistent in showing up for herself no matter how she's feeling. And the progress isn't just weight loss, she's also creating Freedom From Food for herself too. I hope she doesn't mind me celebrating her here... The incredibly amazing Amanda Buckingham π₯³π₯³

- Another great day yesterday. ‘Treated’ myself to a jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn. The potato was rather large and although I knew if it was on my plate I would eat it I actually decided to halve it. Once I’d finished eating I knew I’d have been over full had I eaten it all. Quite a novelty to stop and think prior to eating.
Also felt like I’m winning with the scales again. When I came back from holiday in early August I’d gained 7lb (or maybe it was 7.5 ). Anyway for the past 7 weeks following that I’ve had a loss (even just a small one some weeks). As of yesterday I am down 17lbs (so holiday weight off and an extra 7lb of fresh weight). Feeling pretty cuffed with that.
- Stuck to my plan yesterday. Added a small bowl of ice cream with the children in the evening but after two spoons realised I just wasn’t enjoying it! Surprised myself that I just discarded it. Big win
The shifts in her mindset and behaviour will be creating long-term success for her bit by bit, bite by bite.
