Oh my goodness, what a cracking week so many of you had. 

Well done to each of you who has been practicing living life how you want to live it. 

To those who haven't had the week you'd hoped to have, guess what!?! I didn't either! 

Seriously, I actually had a week not as good as my average week. 

And I didn't let that worry me. I kept practicing. 

And today I'm 300g (0.66lbs) less than I was last Monday morning. 

It was a very relaxed week with some great moments, some planned exceptions and some unplanned exceptions. 

I was actually surprised to lose weight and I put it down to the habits I've formed:
- I'm aware of the hunger scale all the time and stop eating when I'm at a +6 maximum.
- I fast daily and drink black coffee. 
- I only eat amazing foods, I don't waste my stomach space on food I don't love (I had ice cream cake and it wasn't nice at all so I threw it out and served myself some really creamy and fatty vanilla ice cream and enjoyed it so much). 
- I ask myself often "Do I really want this?" and surprisingly often the answer is no. 
- When I eat off plan I don't let it mean anything and get straight back on plan. Even if its the 10th time eating off plan in one day. 

This is one of the most important lessons to learn and mindsets to change. 

Thought such as:
I must not fail
I must stay on plan
I must be perfect
I must not eat one single thing off plan
I ate off plan so I've failed
I've blown in
I've undone all my hard work
I'm never going to do this
this is so hard because one slip and I regain all the weight. 

Need to be eliminated and changed to thoughts like:
I'm going to fail because I'm human and I'm learning, I'm not a bad person and I don't have anything wrong with me.
It's all practice
I don't need to be perfect, in fact it's impossible for me to be perfect.
I'm a human not a robot. 
I ate off plan, so what! I've finished that mouthful so I'm actually back on plan right now. 
I can not undo time and actions. It's simply not possible no matter what. 
If I keep on practicing I'll keep making progress. 
One slip doesn't make a huge difference. It's what I do after that one slip that makes the difference. 
I've got this. 

I encourage each of you to do your weekly evaluation. Whether you showed up to your plan how you wanted to or whether you had a week not as good as your average week, your evaluation will give you gold nuggets. 

This next week we'll keep on practicing. Keep using the planner and tracking your actuals, collecting gold nuggets along the way. 

If you don't know what your Daily Bricks are for the week ahead may I suggest you use:
- Use planner
- Focus on insulin stabilising foods
- Practice the hunger scale

I feel like I can guarantee you progress if you practice these 3 bricks.

No one needs to 'figure it all out' we just need to practice the steps. 

- Know what you want.
- Set a plan.
- Show up to your plan.
- Build your confidence.

Daylight Savings Time Changes:

Why would you want to get private coaching?

Reset or Refocus: sometimes we hit obstacles that are blocking our progress and growth. Working with the tools in the Fast Mama Program helps but sometimes you just need private time and space to dial in, focus and address your specific needs.

You Time: Private time dedicated just to you, a time where we prioritise and work on what's important to you and your goals and help you overcome what's getting in your way of achieving them.

Privacy: Some things might feel too personal to share in a group setting and working through them is what you feel called to do. Our private sessions allow you to bring up any event, circumstance or any topic you want to get coached on, it's a safe space to work through anything you feel is holding you back from shining bright.

Make yourself proud: You might feel in a rut not making any progress and you’re ready to step up and make yourself proud. Private coaching can help you set bigger goals that you are willing to strive for and can help keep you focused on getting there.
