Happy Monday Tribies,

As I announced in last weeks newsletter, I've been working on the updated Foundation Program which will be launched to you in 1 weekπŸ₯³πŸ₯³ .  

When I decided to update the program I had spent some time (a few years) observing and thinking about the key differentiator between Tribies who maintain their weight loss and Tribies who regain.  

First of all, if you are someone who has regained some, a little or all and more, YOU ARE NOT BROKEN, there is nothing wrong with you and you are certainly not any less valuable today than you were when you were lighter. Please stop yourself in your tracks and don't let yourself think anything along those lines. 

Back to what I was saying...

The #1 difference I've noticed is a shift away from striving to knuckle down and and do whatever needs to be done to lose weight fast, and towards a focus on feeling good and finding the lifestyle that creates that for you. 

Key lessons that I've seen help each of these people learn to focus on feeling good and finding the lifestyle that creates that for them are:
- Being kind to yourself
- Practicing self forgiveness
- Gaining awareness of your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours (getting to know yourself)
- Questioning stories you tell yourself
- Practicing using our tools to change your thoughts, feelings and behaviours
- Acknowledging your own wins and celebrating them
- A positive self talk dialogue 

As you learn and practice these you will begin to reduce and eventually remove binge eating and overeating from your life.

Imagine what that will create for you! 

The new Foundation Program will teach and guide you to create that result for you. 

 

On this weeks Coaching Calls we'll continue to look at different types of eating including boredom eating, rebellion eating and guilt eating. I'll talk you through strategies you can use to overcome them.
