We’re heading into the final days of this 28-Days of Practice (that's been voted the most favourite term so we're officially going with it), and what a journey it’s been! This weekend, let’s take time to reflect on all the small steps, victories, and adjustments you’ve made along the way. Reflection is a powerful way to recognise your growth and prepare to finish the year strong!
This weekend is all about looking back on your progress over the past 28 days. Here’s a quick guide to make the most of your reflection time:

Starting Monday, we’re diving into the Ending the Year Strong 28 Days of Practice. This Practice is designed to help you wrap up 2024 with strength, purpose, and intention.
What to Expect:
This week’s calls focused on troubleshooting habits and reflecting on our progress.
Call #1: Troubleshooting Habits for Long-Term Success
In this session, we explored strategies to make habits more sustainable and enjoyable by making small adjustments. If a habit felt too challenging or monotonous, we discussed breaking it down, adding variety, and setting up reminders to help keep momentum going.
Call #2: Reflecting on Progress and Reassessing Goals
For this call, we celebrated our wins and looked at how our goals might need a little fine-tuning to stay in alignment with where we are now. It’s all about making sure our habits and goals reflect our current needs.

I love a good side note ha ha.
On this weeks Prima call we were talking about how our focus and goal is no longer the number on the scale. Even though many of us are living a little bit above what was once our Prima Goal.
Our focus now is on the Mindset, Feelings and Actions we do. We now have a Goal Life, not just a Goal Weight. We LOVE the zest and zing we get from living life the way we want to. We LOVE feeling strong and proud. And we LOVE LOVE LOVE the freedom we're experiencing, freedom from the scales, the self judgement and beatdowns. We live with true kindness towards ourselves, we do hard things and call ourselves out when needed (with grace and kindness) and we keep going, keep practicing because we wouldn't want to be doing it any other way.
We also noted that having a Goal Weight and working towards it could be a very beneficial part of the journey and was likely very helpful at a time on our paths.
So take what you want from that. Here in Fast Mama we all get to choose to do what we want to do, to think how we want to think, and to be who we want to be.
And we are loved by each other no matter what.

It's so interesting that absolutely NO ONE voted for '28 Day Challenge' in the Facebook group.
π€£ And that's the term I've been using.
I just LOVE the feedback you beautiful people provide, so that I can tweak and adjust to better serve you.
As I said above, we'll be calling it '28 Days of Practice' from now on.
I also LOVED the idea from Anita to add the dates to the calendar (thank you!) so I've done that.
I've also added the theme for the 28 Days (where it's been planned).
