Happy Friday, Beautiful Tribie!

I hope this week has brought you some amazing progress—whether big or small. There’s so much to celebrate, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge all the incredible work you’re doing!


This Week’s Focus: Building Consistency Through Daily Wins

We’ve had such a powerful week in Fast Mama, and I’m so proud of everyone who participated in the 3 Great Days Challenge! It was amazing to see so many Tribies showing up, sharing their plans, and raising the bar for their check-ins. Whether you joined for the full 3 days or just popped in for a check-in, know that each step forward counts, and you should feel proud of yourself.

Here’s a little recap of what we did:


3 Great Days Challenge:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday were all about setting small, achievable daily goals and showing up for them. Tribies commented each morning with their plans, checked in throughout the day for support, and “closed their kitchens” each evening with a sense of accomplishment. 

The energy was fantastic, and the results have been even better! I’ve loved seeing how these simple daily check-ins have helped so many of you feel more focused, more proud, and more in control.


Wednesday Wins Day:

This week, as we’ll be doing every week, we celebrated Wednesday Wins Day, where Tribies share  their wins—big and small. It’s been so inspiring to hear about your progress, and I want to highlight a few wins from this week:

  • Sally-Ann: Made cupcakes for neighbour, who is moving and I didn’t eat any or lick the bowl!
  • Amanda: Sticking to my plan. Dealing with frustrating situations without blowing a fuse Incorporating the gym back into my week.
  • Jojo: Wednesday win!! Completed my 10 min walk Completed my mini HITT Said no thanks to chocolate cake - not today, not never just not today. Checked my plan and snapped a photo before I ran out the door instead of thinking up an excuse as to why I didn’t need to. Checked in for 2/3 days of great
  • Anita: Digging hard for a few wins - got some swims and indoor bike rides done, listened to some pod casts, lots of thought work about perfection, sugar, liver damage and that it’s up to me! Specific win when I did not stop at petrol station to buy snacks after a sad visit to hospital, I postponed it until the end of my journey and then decided I did not need chocolate. Onwards …
    (I LOVE how Anita put in the effort to do this one and found so many wins in the end)
  • Nina: Wrote down my plan Showing up and ready for a great day

It’s these wins that remind us that progress is built bit by bit, and every small success is worth celebrating. Keep showing up for yourself and your goals!
