Hello lovely Tribies,

This week, as we’ve been exploring the power of self-coaching, I’ve been reminded of just how empowering it is to know that we have the ability to guide ourselves through any challenge that comes our way.

One of the most valuable skills we can cultivate on this journey is the ability to be our own coach.
Many of us are used to looking outside ourselves for answers, for guidance, for someone to tell us what to do next, but the truth is, you have so much wisdom already within you. You’ve been through ups and downs, you’ve faced challenges, and you’ve come out the other side stronger and more resilient. That inner strength... That’s your inner coach, and it’s there whenever you need it.

Self-coaching isn’t about having all the answers or never struggling. It’s about recognising when those old, default thoughts creep in and knowing that you have the power to challenge them. It’s about catching yourself when you think, “I can’t do it,” and pausing for a moment to ask, “Is that really true? Or is this just my default thinking?”

This week, I encourage you to practice self-coaching. When you notice a thought that doesn’t serve you, take a breath, and challenge it. Replace it with a power thought that aligns with your goals and your values. Remember that you are not at the mercy of your thoughts—you can choose which ones you listen to and which ones you let go of.

There’s a beautiful strength in knowing that you are your own best coach. It means that no matter where you are, no matter what life throws your way, you have the tools to navigate it. You’ve got the wisdom within you to steer your ship—trust yourself, and keep moving forward.

I believe in you. You are capable of so much more than you might realise, and every time you practice self-coaching, you’re stepping further into your power.

Keep showing up for yourself, you’re doing amazing.

Call #1: The Power of Self-Coaching

In Call #1, we explored self-coaching, a vital skill in our journey. I walked you through the process of self-coaching and guided you in doing it for yourself. Self-coaching is about becoming your own best coach, learning to challenge default thoughts, and stepping into your power thoughts. This practice can transform how you respond to challenges and help you stay aligned with your goals.

Call #2: Embracing Your Yes Brain and No Brain

In Call #2, we dived into the concept of the "Yes Brain" and the "No Brain." These two parts of our thinking can either propel us forward or hold us back. Understanding when we’re operating from our Yes Brain, which is open, curious, and willing, versus our No Brain, which can be more resistant and doubtful, is key to making choices that align with our goals.
