Monday 11th March! I can't believe it.
It's felt like a very busy start to the year and like it's raced by.
It's prompted me to ask myself "if the next 3 months were a really fantastic 3 months, what would I like to have happened by the end of it?"
I encourage you to do the same too.
Not just for your health but for the areas of life that are important to you.
For me that is family, relationships, health and wellbeing, and work/business.
You can ask yourself for different timeframes too "if the next 6 months were amazing, what would I like to have happened by the end of it".
Don't just focus on results, focus on the actions that will get you the results too.
Eg; If the next 3 months were a really fantastic 3 months for me I would like to have:
- Completed 3 strength sessions a week
- Completed 4 cardio sessions a week
- tracked my daily protein intake so I know what it is and from there make my average daily protein above 110g
- Experienced 6 special moments of one on one connection with each of my children.
- Experienced 3 dates with my husband, connecting, sharing and listening.
- Told a list of my family members how much they mean to me, the difference they make to my life and how much I love them.
- Played 8 games of soccer and have noticeably improved on my fitness and skills.
Ok, that's a start on mine and a good example of intentionally deciding what you want your short term future to look like.
You can get even more specific and ask the question for each item: If at the end of this time spent with my kids today, what will have happened to make it an awesome time of connection?"
Side note: I asked my son this question on Friday afternoon "if we got to the end of this weekend and it's been an awesome weekend, what would have happened to make it awesome?" and he was stumped. He couldn't answer the question at first. This is a son who has had the tendency recently to focus on the negative. What he hasn't got, what he has missed out on etc. which is why I got into looking at gratitude and how to help him. In the end he was able to imagine what his weekend could look like and I'd say his mood this morning and overall interpretation of the weekend he had was more positive than his average (and we did nothing different, no waterpark, no cinemas, nothing exceptional, just an average weekend).
Gosh, this newsletter has gone in a different direction than I had planned but I'm going with it.

This month we're Deep Diving into Binge Eating.
Week 1: We started with an overview of what Binge Eating is and what it might look like and sound like.
We looked at what progress looks like in terms of improving binge eating, the Change Formula, and then explored some questions to build awareness around binge eating in our own lives.
Week 2: We dove deeper into the Change Formula steps 'Awareness' and 'Knowledge' and I helped you uncover gold nuggets that you can use in future to reduce Binge Eating.
This week we're continuing to build 'knowledge' and empower ourselves as we focus on feelings and thoughts.
Then next week we'll pull it all together looking at the final piece of the Change Formula - Step Forward.

Call #1 = 3pm Monday New York time
Call #2 = 5am Tuesday New York time
This week Call #2 will be same time as usual (8pm Sydney time).
The new call time will start next week (19th March) and will be 8:30pm Sydney time.
Note: Daylight savings will start for our Northern Hemisphere Tribies and end for our Southern Hemisphere Tribies this next month.

- New Tribie who wanted one on one support along her journey. We started with 8 weekly 50 minute sessions and now do weekly 25 minute sessions.
- A Tribie who is steady with her weight loss and wanted life coaching. We meet weekly for 25 minute sessions.
- A Tribie who had a significant negative event in their life and wanted support. We met weekly for 50 minute sessions for 4 weeks and then switched to fortnightly 25 minute sessions ongoing.
- So many other reasons such as Parenting, work challenges, relationship challenges, help with planning etc.
As you can see, there's many different reasons and ways to use Private Coaching.
I offer blocks of 4 sessions at a time that can be used any way to suit you.
