It's Fast 5 Challenge Time π₯³
(It is HIGHLY unlikely for me to get covid a 3rd time and not be able to run it.)
AND, we're having a DOUBLE Fast 5 Challenge ππ₯³π
We will be kicking off our Tribe only Fast 5 Challenge on Tuesday 19th April.
Our Group Coaching Call #1 this week will be a Prima Panel which will give you all the opportunity to hear from our Primas and ask them all of your questions.
This call time will be:
Sydney: Tuesday 19th @ 6am
London: Monday 18th @ 9pm
New York: Monday 18th @ 4pm
It's going to be an amazing way to kick off our Fast 5 Challenge.
To participate in the Fast 5 Challenge:
π Check in daily in the Facebook Group or Backstage here.
π Set yourself a plan each day and practice showing up to it (aiming for realistic and 80% show up
π Focus on making this week better than your old average week.
Sunday 24th April we prepare to kick off our public Fast Mama Fast 5 Challenge.
Our official Day 1 check in will be Monday 25th.
On Monday 2nd April after our public Fast 5 Challenge we'll be moving into 6 weeks of Process Focus. Each week we'll be focusing on a different step in our process.
These next 8 weeks are going to be THE BEST time to commit or recommit to your health journey.
Weight loss is an amazing result but feeling fantastic, bouncing around with energy and being proud of yourself as you shine so bright are so worth the effort.
