Tribe News - 30th May 2022

Happy Monday Tribies!

Ending the month off with Jive 4 Five is ALWAYS a favourite of mine. SO many awesome women right around the world getting out there doing something you don't usually do.

There was dancing, partying, walking, volunteering, hiking, swimming and wave jumping, concert going.... so many different things you chose to do!

That's what it's all about! Choosing what suits you, what YOU want to do and what will make a difference to YOUR life.

I went for a bush walk, I haven't been for a long time. I almost changed the location because we've had so much rain and so many leaches around here. But my husband said it was a Piss Poor excuse 🀣 and when I told my friend who I was walking with what he said she said she was thinking the same thing.
So I filled my pockets with salt (quick access in case I got a leech) and off I went.

I was brave.

And I was so glad and proud that I did it.

It sounds so silly  but ticks and leeches make me absolutely hysterical and a very different person. And so it was a big deal for me and I'm choosing to be proud.

This has inspired me for our theme for June... Do hard things and make ourselves proud.
Get uncomfortable and achieve goals.

Get ready for an amazing June!

This Week:

Our 6 Step Process that we follow, come back to, re-follow is:

Decide what you want
Set a plan
Train your Brain
Allow your Feelings
Show up to your Plan
Evaluate and Celebrate

This week on our Group Coaching Calls we'll be focusing on Allowing your Feelings. This will be very helpful setting us up for a great June of doing hard things and achieving our goals.

Tribie Spotlight - Sally Baddock:

This months jive 4 five is a bit different for me. I’m volunteering all weekend at a comedy festival. I’ve done it for a number of years.

When I was on my path to prima it was the visual I used to help me see where I wanted to get too. A simple visual in my head of me in my jeans and my festival T-shirt - I thought about how it would feel, not just how I would look. It helped me focus.

Obviously with the pandemic the festival hasn’t been on for 3 years. So it’s so lovely to be back for so many reasons.

Day one completed today - I’ve walked about 10k today and not stopped. And tomorrow will be the same.

Thing is my visual was always me in a red T-shirt. Much to my horror on Thursday at the launch meeting - this years T-shirts are white! I never wear white.

Anyway… turns out I’m okay with white. I’m embraced the white πŸ˜‚. Progress!

I’ve laughed a lot today and look forward to more tomorrow.

Look at that beautiful woman! Shining SO bright!

So proud of you Sally, a massive well done.
