Tribe News - 28th November 2022

Happy Monday Tribies! And happy final check in for the 28 Day Boost πŸ₯³πŸ’ƒ!

Are you the version of yourself you planned to be on this final check in? 

Have you surprised yourself? 

Did you overcome obstacles you never thought you could? 

Did you fall down and get back up much faster than you usually would? 

Or was your change so gradual you barely noticed except your final evaluation prompted you to highlight those tiny changes that add up to massive progress over time? 

If you thrived through the 28 Day Boost - A massive congratulations to you. Well done on using the tools, following the process and making progress. Well done on intentionally creating who you are today. A massive well done. 

If you did well during the 28 Day Boost but feel like you could have done better - First of all kudos for starting. Kudos for stepping up and making progress. What if the progress you've made over the 28 days is the perfect progress for you and that if you went any better or faster it wouldn't be as beneficial for you? Could be possible. This past 28 Day Boost and where you are today was perfect for you. Keep your journey going. 

If you feel like you didn't do well (especially if you think you should give up now) - listen up! Pause for a minute and breath. Sit with yourself, breath and consider the question "What do I truly want? Who do I want to be?" If you decide any form of "I want... to be different, to do different..." then you're in the right place and you can still succeed in the Fast Mama Tribe (just read the beautiful Cat's Prima announcement in the Tribe Spotlight below). 
The 6 step process works and it can be easy. If you feel like it's SUPER hard and near impossible you need coaching and I can help you. 
We can create the mindset that "following the 6 step process is simpler than I thought and fun too". We can get you believing that. 
Come get coached, show up for check ins, use the planner, reach out, practice and lose weight. 

No matter how your 28 Day Boost went I've got great news for everyone, this week we're evaluating where you are (no matter how your 28 days went), we'll celebrate and then we'll get moving onto our January 5th Goal. I've got 31 days of support lined up for you so you can arrive at January 5th being who you are. You'll feel like you've had a head start on 2023 Goals and you'll be ready to continue your health journey.

This Week:

Weekly Evaluation AND Celebration: πŸ’ƒπŸ₯³πŸ’ƒπŸ₯³

Evaluation and Celebration is the 6th Step in our Process and it's just as important as the other 5 steps.

When we evaluate we are able to see, from a detached place, how the week as been.

Use the Weekly Evaluation in your 28 Day Planner. Fill it in and collect more information.

We start with wins and what worked because our brain always skips this step and we miss the whole point of why we're doing this, to feel amazing and proud. It may feel uncomfortable and unnatural at first but practice will help make it easier.

It's really helpful to have your planner from last week available for this exercise. Notice if it's filled in or empty, partially filled with gaps (notice what these gaps are).

Capture for yourself and share in your daily check in if you'd like:

Tribie Spotlight: Prima Cat Wright πŸ’ƒπŸ₯³πŸ’ƒ

The incredible Cat Wright hit Prima this week! And she shared her celebration with the tribe:


"Having made my last start on 12 April 2021 this morning I am finally going to hit the Prima button πŸ₯³πŸ€©.

SW - 86.5kg
Prima - 62.5kg
Total Loss - 24kg or 3 stone 10lb
This hasn't been the journey I expected. I started out going hard and fast and anticipated reaching prima in quite a short space of time - little did I know I was actually white-knuckling it and although I was attending calls and listening to replays I wasn't putting what I had learnt into practice. I soon crashed  and burnt, put the majority of the weight back on and went to cancel my membership, only to realise in a few short hours how much I missed the tribe. Kimberley got my membership sorted again and I put my backpack back on - best decision I ever made! I estimate it took me a year of work using the tools, particularly mindset, before things were in place enough for me to begin to properly shift the weight along with the support of the beautiful tribe, my gorgeous buddy Diane and of course the wonderful Lindell and Amanda
I also can't begin to explain the ripple effect this process has had. I can't speak for the other people in my life and how they have felt it, but I believe it has made me a better Mum, Wife, Friend, Daughter, Student (I have been back at uni during this whole process doing a complete career change into healthcare) and I hope a better practitioner when I graduate in May.
Funnily enough, I was going to hold off pressing the Prima Button, I told Diane I was waiting until the 'right' time. But this morning I was at my morning bootcamp class and was struggling with the last round of 20kg dumbell curl and press when I realised I had been lugging more than this amount on my body for years and that this was something to be celebrated NOW xx"

 

What an honour it's been to witness your journey Cat. Your growth, your consistent effort getting back up and moving forward and your growing belief in yourself. You are shining so bright. Well done!

What's On:

We've got an awesome 3 months ahead (and beyond) in the Fast Mama Tribe. 
Here's what I've got planned:

5th December - 5th January: Holiday Helper Goal - 3 super simple focus for the holiday season. These 31 days of practice will have you arrive at Jan 5th with intention and be who you want to be that day. 

2nd January - 6th January: Tribe Only Fast 5 Challenge - You asked for it so I created it for you. 5 fun fast days of showing up and feeling great. 

9th January - 13th January: Public Fast 5 Challenge - We will share our light with the world as we Fast 5 with anyone who wants to have a great 5 days with us. We'll open the Tribe to invite others to join us on our 28 Day Boost.

16th January - 12th February: 28 Day Boost πŸ’ƒ we will be well on our way to our 2023 goals.
