Tribies, it's week 8 of our 60 Day Challenge. That means there's under 2 weeks to go.

If you're a little disappointed in yourself for how you've shown up, or if you are not 'feeling it' today... GET GOING! Remember the Fast 5 Challenge and how great you felt after just 5 days. It's 100% possible for you to feel that before the finish of the 60 Day Challenge. Get back to basics. Set a plan, show up to it, evaluate and celebrate.

Last week I shared the Pause Method with you. We started using Phase 1 of the method, practicing to acknowledge our feelings. 

This week I'm proud to share Phase 2 with you. Phase 2 of "The Pause Method' with be life changing for you. The more you practice it, the stronger you become emotionally, the easier and faster you'll achieve your goals (every goal in life not just weight loss).

Monthly Jive

This weekend our Monthly Jive is on. 
We've got women from right around the world sharing beautiful pictures of them, their family and friends, furry friends and beautiful surrounds. 
 
If you haven't already, get out there, do something you wouldn't normally do and make yourself proud.
If you can't get out, stay in and find something that you don't usually do. 

I'll be heading out Monday morning for a 1km swim. Back to the ocean and twice the distance I've been swimming (building my way up to 2km). 
 

 

A note from Lindell xo

 

This week I've had some very big feelings and it took an overwhelming hit of emotions on a group coaching call with other coaches where I broke down and wept, to realise that I hadn't been fully processing my emotions this past week and allowing the grief that was sitting in my stomach.

In hindsight I was aware of the big heavy feeling in my stomach. A big black weight that didn't shift each time I tried to process my feelings.  (Listen to this weeks Video Lesson to hear the full story). But I was still disconnected from it, fighting it, not allowing it. 
 
I could beat myself up for not seeing it. Be annoyed at myself for not 'doing it right', but instead, I'm showing myself compassion and grace and using the thoughts "huh, that's interesting", "wow, I've grown so much emotionally in the past year" and "I'm so proud of myself for being so courageos on the call". 

Processing our feelings isn't so we can control them, it's so we can act intentionally instead of reacting with the force of the emotion (or restricted emotion) behind it. 
 
Give yourself the gift of exploring what you feel a little bit more this week. 

Remember, perfectly imperfect is what we're after. Chip away chip away. Bit by bit.
