We're entering our 3rd week of the 28 Day Boost πŸ’ƒ

This week we're moving into Step 3 of our 6 Step Process:
Train your brain. 

This is mindset. 

This is EVERYTHING!

Learning how to intentionally think, how to set your mindset up to create the life you want is key to achieving and maintaining your goals. 

It's key to living the life of your dreams.

What we teach you here, our 6 Step Process and all the tools are transferable across all areas of your life. 

You're not just here to lose weight. 

You're here to change your life. To decide the life you want and then create that life for yourself. 

Ain't nobody else going to do it for you (said in a super ghedo voice).

If you're on fire, practicing and progressing, keep going. You're on your way, you're doing it and you're in the best position for the upcoming month I've got planned for you. Say to yourself "I am practicing, I am making progress, I am not perfect and that's great because I am human. I am showing up for myself and I am creating the life I want to live, I am amazing". 

If you're not feeling it, if you're not practicing at all, take a deep breath and say to yourself "I am here right now, I can step forward. I can't change the past but I can realise the future I want. I am here right now, I can step forward". 

I want to highlight what's coming up over the next few weeks.
- Next week is Week 4 of 28 Day Boost
- Then we move into a Fast 5 Challenge (Tribe Only)
- Followed by a Public Fast 5 Challenge. 
- Then into our final 28 Day Boost for 2022. 

Together as a Tribe we are a group of women travelling along our own journey's alongside each other. 
We've got our coaching, tools and process and our safe community where we can shine as bright as we want unapologetically. 

Amanda and I have planned a cracker of a month for you, show up for yourself not matter where you're at.

 

 

 

This Week:

In this weeks Group Coaching we're focusing on Step 3 - Train your brain. We'll be taking a look at your weight loss journey from a different angle and really shifting your thoughts about it. I'm really looking forward to share this lesson with you all.

Tribie Spotlight: Sally Baddock

Beautiful Prima Sally has just recognised and celebrated 18 months at Prima. 

Sally has been an inspiring example of self acceptance, imperfection, practicing self love and care and continuing to choose prioritising herself.

Sally, your journey has been a book of poetry you've written along the way. What an honour and privilege to witness you these past few years. 

Sally shared her Jive 4 Five this weekend which she completed the same way she got to goal weight: Breaking it down, making progress bit by bit, becoming someone who achieves their goals. 

Here's her check in:

Sometimes I see it’s jive4five and it feels overwhelming, and I just think oh I can’t do that right now. And that’s okay.
I knew I wanted to join in this month though, so I broke it down….
And this is what I did…
Jive  1 - a walk with my dog on Saturday morning. Just me and him.
Jive 2 - walk and a mooch on my own around my beautiful town
Jive 3 - attended my monthly meditation session sat evening
Jive 4 - dance workout first thing Sunday (slept in, didn’t think I would, then found the time!)
Jive 5 - walk up the Glastonbury Tor πŸŽ‰
(I’d planned to walk up the Tor 18 months ago when I got to prima! I didn’t. Today I did it)
By breaking it all down and thinking about what I could do (not what I thought I should do) I ended up doing way more than I’d planned.
I know I’ll feel pride tomorrow as I start a new week.

Want a Buddy?

A BUDDY IS SOMEONE YOU SHARE YOUR JOURNEY.

**This is one of the best gifts you can give yourself.**

Someone who understands you, who holds you accountable, who checks in on you if you've been missing in action, and who you can share wins and falls with.

They know what you're going through, because they are too, no matter what weight each of you are at, the challenges are similar.

I've had a number of accountability buddies over my journey. Some at the same time, some every other month. I've found the switch in buddies has helped me keep motivated.

If you want to switch it up you can, if you want to keep your current buddy you can do that too.

Here in the Fast Mama Tribe it’s not personal if you want to explore. It can be motivating switching it up.

Find a partner that works for you. Try on different buddies, maybe a new buddy each month will motivate you most.

Like a good pair of jeans, find what fits you best.
