Hello beautiful,
What a wonderful week with our 5 Days.
It's like a magic mindset shift for some, focusing on just 5 days. Giving yourself permission to draw a line and step forward, to put down the baggage of 'failure' or 'shoulds' for a moment and step forward.
It's been great to see the progress and wins many of you achieved, well done.
For those who didn't do as well as you'd hoped to do, that's ok. At any time you can step up.
If you'd like to make that time today, right now (or tomorrow if it's evening for you) I will walk you through it.
We're running 2 Days to Great Wednesday and Thursday this week.
Day 1 - Know what you want - 1 day setting a plan and showing up. That's it.
Set your plan.
Share it in the check in if you want.
And show up to your plan.
If you get stuck, make the coaching call for help or tag me in your check in.
Check in in the evening as well, let us know how you've gone and celebrate everything you did well (even if you weren't perfect).
Day 2 - Know what you want - just 1 more day setting a plan and showing up to it.
Set your plan.
Check in.
Show up to your plan.
Check in.
Pause and recognise how you feel.
These 2 Days to Great are awesome at either creating pride and energy in you, or helping you find what's tripping you over. Don't dismiss any falls, think of them as gold nuggets that are super useful for moving forward. Bring your gold nuggets to coaching and let us help you with them.
Tuesday is Day 30 of our 30 Days. Remember to evaluate your 30 days. Even if you only filled in the first week of your planner, that's ok, spend 10 minutes reflecting on what happened (not judging, just getting curious).
Or maybe you had an awesome final 10 days, get curious and reflect on that. What changed for you?
We will begin our next 30 days on Monday 3rd July where we'll focus on shifting 1% at a time. What's your next 1% change?
I can't wait to see.
Light up your life.
Love Lindell xo
How can we go past shining the spotlight on these 2 incredible women!
Karen Watling and Sue Taylor who completed a mammoth 35km Bloody Long Walk this weekend.
It was a journey, that started long before the walk when they actually had the thought they might do it. Then actually signing up for the 35km (even if one of them thought she'd only do 10km then catch the shuttle bus to the finish line (thank goodness there were no shuttle busses ha ha)).
Making it to the starting line was an achievement in itself but finishing..... Actually walking 35km and crossing the finish line! Incredible. Absolutely incredible.
Congratulations Karen and Sue, it was an honour to walk beside you and witness you achieving something you never thought you'd do.
A massive well done!
