Happy Monday Tribies,

We've officially kicked off the Fast 5 Challenge πŸŽŠπŸ’ƒ.

You've committed (or recommitted) that this day marks your very last start on any weight loss journey (If you haven't, do it now).

If you've re-committed, pause and celebrate that you have had your last start and will never have to start again.

Daily Check Ins
If you're participating in the Public Facebook group look out for the daily check in posts on both Facebook here or Instagram (in my stories). Or Check In in our private Fast Mama Facebook Group.



Show up and check in however you like. You check in for YOU. 

You can choose to comment by giving a πŸ‘‹ or a 'done', add all of your details (today's weight, meals, current feelings) or anything in between.

The main thing...is to SHOW UP for YOU.

Cheer for 2 others (or more) each time you check in, you'll be surprised how motivating this simple step is.

Our next Live call will be Call #2 where I will teach you the 6 Simple Steps that will get you to goal weight and have you maintain. These 6 steps can be used in all areas of life to help you create the life of your dreams: 
Call times are:
Sydney: 6am Tuesday 25th
London: 8pm Monday
New York: 3pm Monday

NOTE: This call will replace Group Coaching Call #1 this week. All other calls will be as scheduled.

Coming Up:

This week is all about the Fast 5 Challenge. 

I've prepared this challenge to cover the basics that will help you get to goal weight.

You can't learn the basics too much. There's no such thing.

You can't practice the basics too much either. 

There's no such thing.

The basics are the foundations, they are the steps that create the life you want to live. 

Practice them. 

And when you forget to practice them, remember and keep practicing them.

Anytime you're feeling like you're not on track or things are not going well, come back to the process and find which step you can take to help you. 

πŸ’› Decide what you want and own it - Do you know your goal? Why are you wanting to achieve that goal?
πŸ’› Set a plan - Are you setting a plan each day? 
πŸ’› Train your brain - Do some thought work, uncover thoughts that are holding you back, find thoughts that will help you move forward.
πŸ’› Allow your feelings - Pause, breath and notice how what you're feeling in your body. Do this for 30 seconds (longer if you have time). Continue on to process an emotion if you are ready to do that step. 
πŸ’› Show up to your plan - Track what you are doing each day, notice if you're in a high weight cycle or low weight cycle, collect information from the cycle you're in. 
πŸ’› Evaluate and Celebrate - Ask yourself what's working, what's not working, what do you want to do differently. Celebrate what's working and that you are choosing to continue on your journey.

Tribie Spotlight: YOU!

I'd LOVE for you to highlight yourself this week (Privately to yourself, with your family or make a post in the Fast Mama Facebook group).

Shine the spotlight, be grateful and proud of who you are.

You can do this a few different ways:
1) Pause, close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths with your hands on your heart and sit there thanking yourself for what you want to recognise. Acknowledge all the things you want to be and already are, and find 3 things about yourself you are grateful for.
2) Write a list of all the things you're proud of yourself for.
3) Do either or both 1 and 2 and share it with the Tribe. (It's my dream that we become an even greater place to show up for ourselves unapologetically and take up space).
4) Share with your family what you love about yourself and what you're proud of (you can do this by encouraging them to do it first if it feels too uncomfortable for you to go first).
