Happy Monday Tribie,

What a week we've just had in the Tribe!

So many of you created amazing progress for yourselves. 

I've done a little evaluation of all your check ins to highlight what worked for so many of you. The common things that worked were:

- Accountability of checking in
- Planning
- Referring to plan throughout the day
- Thought work and self coaching
- Pausing and breathing
- Using the hunger scale
- Fasting
- Connection - reading others check ins
- LWC Thoughts
- Compassion when not a perfect robot
- Sitting with feelings
- Setting exception plans
- Closing the kitchen
- Moving your body

Low Weight Cycle Thoughts that many of you practiced through the week were:
- let’s get back to a healthier me 
- I want to be able to wear my clothes again (and not only a few of them!
- bring on my life!
- Today I’m ready
- I have shown myself I got me 
- I can do this.
- When I stick to my plan I know I get the results I want.
- I’m worth the effort.
- I don't get discouraged
- I do not give in
- I just keep on keeping on
- I can't wait to practice some more.
- Focus on the step not the staircase
- I can do hard things
- If I pause and check in I give myself a chance to stop an unintentional model
- Planning is fundamental
- I am human
- FUN does not equal FOOD!
- I know weight loss isn’t linear so I’m saying “that’s interesting but it’s ok I’ll keep going”
- look how amazing you feel when you put yourself 1st.
- I'm proud of me.
- I can manage my mind.
- My plan has got me.
- I can plan around anything.
- I feel so good and I know I'm following my plan and ticking my boxes - so it will happen.
- How I'm feeling is my win win
- I can do this!
- Today has got you and I’ve got today 
- I’ve said no before. I can say it again
- I’m putting myself first
- I don’t need to eat the stuff to be a friend. I’m not being rude
- I can plan for anything I’ve got this.

Remember, the same thought can be HWC or LWC depending on how you interpret it at the time and what feeling that thought creates for you. There's no right and wrong thoughts, there's just thoughts that work and serve right now (that move you towards your goal) and thoughts that don't (that move you away). 

For the week ahead, I want you to keep going with what's working for you. 

If you feel like nothing is working ask for coaching. Either in the Facebook group or on a Coaching call. 
If you feel like there's something in your way, ask for coaching. 

Let's keep practicing.

I wanted to share with you my own thought work this weekend. 
On Saturday I was feeling like a failure. 
I had thoughts like "I'm such a failure, that's a fact", "no one makes progress when I'm their coach", "am I even living the life I want to live?"

Fascinating hey. 

Even writing those thoughts down now blows my mind that my brain actually offered them to me, and I adopted them. 

As you can imagine, I moped around feeling like a failure for the day. 

I found lot's of things to do to distract myself from feeling like a failure (cleaning the house, gardening...)

Then I finally realised what was going on. I let myself sit with the feeling of failure and then I self coached. 

It's so interesting what happened from there. 

Soon after I finished my self coaching I started to feel empowered and strong.

I started seeing the wins I've had and ALL the progress I've made.

I'm blown away by how much I've grown and where I am on my life journey.

Then I received a notice that a Tribie had reached Prima πŸ₯³

Then I got a few messages from 3 Prima's who were heading into London to meet up with each other. Followed by the most beautiful video and photos of the 3 of them together. 3 incredible women who have realised their goal and how amazing they are, connected through the Tribe and shining so bright together.

Then I went into the Tribe Facebook group and started reading the check ins and seeing the amazing progress so many of you had made this past week. 

By the time I finished self coaching and finding loads and loads of evidence to support my mindset I felt on top of the world, amazing and powerful.
"I am strong, worthy, valuable, important and lovable"
"I am me, I am so full of love and belief in women, I must share it with them so they can shine as bright as they can possibly shine"
"I'm an amazing coach and my clients (Tribies) are absolute superstars"
"together we shine so bright"

I'm sharing this with you so you can see I am a human being, I need to manage my own mind, self coaching works, feeling your feelings work, the 6 steps transfer to ALL areas of your life...and work.

You can't outrun your brains speedbump thoughts, but you can use the tools to overcome them and zoom way past where they were taking you. 

You are amazing.
I am amazing.
WE are amazing.

Let's light up our lives - even brighter.

This challenge will include new lessons for the challenge, and I believe it will set every participant up with stronger foundations for your journey. The new lessons are likely lessons you've heard here in the Tribe, but I'm always evolving the way I teach them so that they become easier for you to practice.  I encourage you to participate.

 
 

Tribie Spotlight: Jenny Percy

The beautiful Jenny Percy has achieved her Prima goal this week πŸ₯³πŸ’ƒπŸ₯³

CONGRATULATIONS JENNY πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³

Jenny joined the Tribe, learnt the tools and practiced them. She followed the 6 steps until she got to goal weight. 
I'm sure it wasn't that straightforward but it was a very straight path that I witnessed due to her continuous step up no matter where she was.

I want to highlight Jenny's final week before achieving her goal:

Monday 10th October: "Checking in - I have 1kg to go to reach Prima which is exciting, but this last kilo has been hanging on for the last 2 weeks πŸ˜¬πŸ€£"

Friday 14th October: "Checking in - since I last checked in on Monday I have self-coached on the circumstance of the last kilo hanging on for 2 weeks - Lindell had suggested the prompt 'Am I in a rush to get to goal? If so/if not, why?' I discovered that I was in a rush  because I wanted to celebrate. I decided that I could celebrate what I have achieved now instead of waiting, and funnily enough the scale shifted! Not at goal yet, but getting there!"

Highlighting this final week highlights the fact that often its just one thought that's getting in our way. And when we unlock that one thought, see it and understand it, only then are we able to progress past it. 

Don't be afraid of your thoughts. Don't try to outrun them. 

Get to know them, what they are creating for you and unleash yourself from them. 

Congratulations again Jenny, on the work you put in and the progress you've made. 

I'm so excited to welcome you into the Prima group and support you as you practice maintenance.
