We're kicking off a 28 Day Boost on July 18th π₯³ππ₯³π
In last weeks Newsletter I shared more about the Mindset work that is needed to get to Prima Goal Weight and stay there.
I went deeper with this topic (High Weight Cycles and Low Weight Cycles) in my Group Coaching Calls and in Group Coaching With Amanda Call #2.
I encourage you to watch that call in particular, it was such an honour to have the lovely Tribie Julie on the call as we were able to use her very recent experience as examples to highlight the different ways of thinking that create high weight and low weight. We're 7 days out from the kick off of our 28 Day Boost.
I want you to continue or start this week in Choreography.
Any and all that you do this week will count. Don't put it off. Don't have any big last meals.
When you start the 28 Day Boost you will still be allowed to eat foods you enjoy. You will still be allowed to go out for dinner or drink wine. So if you catch yourself this week 'eating all the things' or hear yourself say anything like 'I won't be able to have it next week' or 'I'll enjoy myself this week and get ready to start again next week' then I want you to come and get coached by Amanda or myself.
This kind of thinking is setting you up for All or Nothing weight loss. And we're here to change that.

- Come to the coaching calls or watch the replays

This week I want to spotlight Julie Reid because she is stepping up again and recommitting to herself.
Julie has been with the Tribe for a time (we have no judgement on time AT ALL) and she has had waves of motivation in the past that have had her step up and step back up. Every single time is incredible and every single time she has learnt something.
This time though I'm noticing a much kinder 'step back up'. I'm noticing Julie isn't pushing herself with thoughts like "I've done the crime I now need to do the time" and "I'm so fat I HAVE to lose weight".
One of the biggest wins and changes I've observed through coaching Julie is her kindness to herself. She's showing herself compassion (she's not perfect, none of us are) and she has a great sense of openness to take it slower and do it permanently.
Well done Julie, keep being kind to yourself, keep showing up, and keep getting up every time you fall. I'm so proud of you. I 100% believe (and I know you do too) that you will reach Prima.
