Tinned Salmon Burgers

TINNED SALMON BURGERS
 
I made these today and they got the big tick of approval from my family.
 
Super simple with ingredients I keep in the cupboard at all times.
 
Serves 8
 
Ingredients:
415g tin of salmon (red or pink)
1 large egg
1Tbsp lemon juice
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
1Tbsp olive oil for cooking
 
Instructions:
1) Mash up tinned salmon with a fork or blend it in a blender
2) Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
3) Heat oil in pan over medium heat
4) Divide mixture into 8 patties and cook until brown on both sides.
 
Serve with salad and topping of your choice.
I used egg mayonaise and chilli sauce.
 
You could add any other herbs or spices you like to this mixture. Super simple, super versitile, super delicious.
