And that’s okay!
Here’s what I want you to remember: Making adjustments doesn’t mean you’re starting over.
It means you’re making progress.
You’re learning about what works for you, and that’s how we grow.
Habits aren’t one-size-fits-all, and it’s perfectly normal to tweak things to fit where you are right now.
Here’s your mindset for this week: When you feel resistance or fatigue, that’s a sign to reassess, not to give up.
Think about how you can make the habit simpler, more enjoyable, or more aligned with your energy levels. Whether it’s scaling back a bit or changing up your approach, your consistency matters more than the intensity.
Remember, progress is progress, no matter how small.
