Lindell's 30 Day's Of Practice - Day 25/30

Day 25 - Down 600g. 

It's 1.25pm and I didn't have a plan written this morning. We had the school sports carnival where I volunteer (I ran the javelin event this year). I prepared for the day by packing an esky. Had yoghurt, berries and nuts for myself and water. 
I paused and consciously decided that was my plan until I got home to set a plan written down. 

So here I am. 
3 coffees, 2 teas, yoghurt, berries and nuts. 
Dinner I'll cook Spinach and feta pie and have salad with it. 
Chocolate - 2 squares and some fava beans. 

The kids are now officially on school holidays until 30th January and I caught my brain think about beer to celebrate about 4 times already. I also thought about participating in eating the chips on the table. 

But I'll stick to my plan and feel amazing when I go to bed. 

I think I need a plan for the holidays (a doing plan) and work. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. Having a plan will create a lot of freedom for me over the coming weeks/months. 

I've got a house full of kids already (and one of them has smelly feet ha ha). Off to feed them and keep them in line  😘
