Fast 5 Challenge - Day 3

 

Yesterday was Day 2 of our Tribe Fast 5 Challenge AND we had Group Coaching πŸ’ƒπŸ₯³

I LOVE Group Coaching because it gives me an opportunity to hear how you're doing and find out where you're feeling challenged. 

On Group Coaching Call #1 I coached Karen who felt like she had plateaued for the last 2 years and wasn't making progress. 

On Group Coaching Call #2 I coached Tiff on having an amazing day on plan at a party on Saturday and then having a day completely off plan on Sunday.

Today focus on 3 simple steps:

πŸ’› Set your goals
πŸ’› Find your Why's 

Remember this month is all about doing hard things. 
Taking the road that will lead us to realise our goals. If you don't have your goals written down clear, the chance of you choosing the road that will lead you there today is very small. 

Write your goals down and read them daily.
