As we wrap up Week 3 of our 28 Days of Practice, I just want to pause and celebrate YOU. Whether it’s been a week full of big wins or tiny steps forward, every bit matters. You’re doing incredible work, perfectly imperfect, bit by bit. 💛


This Week in the Tribe

It’s been an exciting week with so many wins being celebrated!
On our calls, we dived into the 5 Basics of Weight Loss, looking at what creates these actions, our thoughts and feelings.  We celebrated many wins in our Accountability check in and progress shared during the calls have been so inspiring!

Jive for Five: This Weekend!

Our Jive for Five is happening this weekend, and I’d love for you to join in!

💛 What is it?
The Jive for Five is our monthly tradition where we come together (virtually) to move our bodies in a way that works for us—whether it’s a 5km walk, a workout, or even dancing in your living room.

💛 Why do we do it?
It’s a chance to push yourself a little, track your fitness progress, and connect with the Tribe. Many of us wear yellow (but no pressure), and it’s always fun to see Tribies around the world stepping up together.

💛 How can you join?

  • Pick your activity: Walk, run, dance, or do something outside your usual routine.
  • Snap a photo or video if you’d like to share your Jive with the Tribe!
  • Secretly participate if that’s more your style—your Jive is all about YOU.

Let’s keep the momentum going this weekend—are you in?

Starting 3rd February, we’re kicking off the next 28 Days of Practice with the Fast 5 Challenge! It’s designed to help you refocus and build momentum with small, intentional actions that lead to big results. Stay tuned for more details—I can’t wait to see what we achieve together in February!
