What advice would you give someone just starting out?
In the Tribe last week I asked the question "What advice would you give someone just starting out?" and we had some wonderfully helpful answers I want to share with you:
- Get up. Every time π
- Make your WHY as big as possible. Not just a - I want to lose weight, but really get down to your absolute compelling reason. If you want it enough you are more likely to stick to it.
- Come to coaching! Nothing will change if your mindset doesn't

Keep it simple, rotate some easy meals while you find your pace. Enjoy your food.
Show up to the calls and check in.

Look after and be kind to yourself.
- Be aware of what you are thinking - and always be kind to yourself
- Watch the calls. You will always find something that relates to how you're feeling. Always!!!
- All amazing answers, I don’t know if I can add anything much more apart from to believe you are worth this…because you totally are xxx
- Trust the process and 1 day at a time.
- Fabulous words of wisdom out there. Take it all on board

1.Planning, planning, planning ahead of time
. One day or one week at a time or whatever suits you.
2.Be patient as you fall down, get back up, learn and train your brain. Forgive fast.
3.Go for realistic , perfectly imperfect 80% versus perfection and all or nothing

5.Be your own best friend #kindness

Start with the basics.
Plan your meals.
Have easy meals to fall back on.
Don’t feel overwhelmed-ask if you need help.
NEVER give up!
