This week marked Week 2 of our 28-Day Cycle, where we focused on Reinforcing Foundations and Setting Clear Goals. Our new theme encourages us to build from the ground up by solidifying our commitment to progress. During our group coaching sessions, we explored ways to set measurable goals, track habits, and build emotional resilience.
In our first session, we learned how to break down big goals into manageable Bricks, Stepping Stones, and Big Goals using the Fast Mama system. This structure helps you create small, consistent habits that lead to big changes over time. We also tied this back to the Tribie Vibe, reinforcing the values of Progress Over Perfection and Self-Compassionβ.
