Reinforcing Foundations & Setting Clear Goals

This week marked Week 2 of our 28-Day Cycle, where we focused on Reinforcing Foundations and Setting Clear Goals. Our new theme encourages us to build from the ground up by solidifying our commitment to progress. During our group coaching sessions, we explored ways to set measurable goals, track habits, and build emotional resilience.

1. Setting Measurable Goals & Tracking Habits

In our first session, we learned how to break down big goals into manageable Bricks, Stepping Stones, and Big Goals using the Fast Mama system. This structure helps you create small, consistent habits that lead to big changes over time. We also tied this back to the Tribie Vibe, reinforcing the values of Progress Over Perfection and Self-Compassion​.

Our second coaching session focused on managing emotions and using Anchors and Power Thoughts to stay grounded​. Emotional triggers can derail our progress, but by recognizing them and connecting with our deep "why" (Anchor), we can shift our response from impulsive reactions to intentional actions.
