Happy Friday my Friend,
Lot's of buzz in the program with challenges kicking off amongst many Tribies.
Before I start talking about the Buzz, I want you to be aware of your thoughts and feelings as you read this. For those of you who seek to know the rules so you can follow them perfectly, you might find some discomfort in this next section.
I've seen this week, some Tribies who are doing their own 28 Day Challenges, some who are doing 2 Great Days and others who are joining in the Group 7 Day Challenge.
We have challenges that started Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so far.
And I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it.
I LOVE that there's different people doing different things.
I LOVE that tribies are creating their own path and doing what works for them.
This is what I want for you. I want you to be able to run your own life, decide what you WANT and go for it.
I also appreciate many of you need a bit of guidance and I love that I get to support you.
The end goal is for you to be doing what works for you which could mean starting a challenge on a Wednesday on your own and showing up to it.
It does take practice to get to that point though.
So we have group challenges I'm hosting:
Currently running is our 7 Day Challenge which will finish on Tuesday 2nd July.
Our 28 Day Challenge that will start on Sunday 7th July...
Which is Fast Mama's 5th Birthday!!!
I'm wanting to improve on my average Fast Mama Birthday Celebrations (I really haven't celebrated it much in the past and I've decided it's actually a pretty great achievement and something well worth celebrating) so that's what we'll be doing.
How?
I've decided on a theme for this birthday celebration "Creating Change". Both future change and change that has already happened. We'll do this through:
- The 28 Day Challenge
- Practice and Progress
- Sharing Stories
In the lead up to our 28 Day Challenge kick off I'd love to share stories about how your lives have changed since joining Fast Mama.
Here's how you can be a part of the celebration and share your stories (short or long)
1. Record your story either in writing, video or audio format.
2. Share it in the Fast Mama (Members Only) Facebook group.
(If you're sharing a written story, please use a photo or any image/meme to go with the post).
Prompts to guide you but feel free to capture whatever you want:
When did you join Fast Mama.
What was life like before you joined.
What have you achieved while being a Tribie? (mindset shifts, lifestyle changes, changes in who you are now, how you live your life, beliefs, fitness, weight, energy, ripple effect)
What you'd like to say to your past self who decided to join Fast Mama and make a change.
NOTE: Please don't judge the level of your progress. There's no requirement for you to submit your story. No minimum weight loss, no requirement that you're prima, no rating that determines if you're good enough to do this or not. YOU decided and you do it. I'm here to celebrate every single person who decides to go after what you want.
Along with the new Foundation Program, the launch of The HELP Centre and the Challenges, it's an exciting time in the Fast Mama Program. So FUN!
