Happy Monday my friends.
Today I bring you my wonderings. And I'm probably breaking all the 'business rules' out there by sharing my raw thoughts, without further consideration or strategy behind my messaging, but I feel called to share with you where I am today.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the work I do, I LOVE our group, I LOVE you and I LOVE the coaching I'm able to do each week. I love helping women use the 6 steps to create the lives you want for yourselves.
For some time now, I've been thinking and asking myself "what else?" and "How else?".
What else can I do to help?
What else is relevant?
How else can I help?
Our Fast Mama Tribe started off the back of my own weight loss with a popular diet, creating an instagram account and facebook group.
After I lost the weight I went on a mission to solve the 'yo-yo' challenge that I and so many other women struggling with for so long.
Since then I've studied so many programs, courses and books and practiced many many steps over the 4 years.
I've summarised my experience and knowledge into our '6 Steps' and I've transferred these steps into all areas of my life.
I've completely transformed my life and guided so many or you to create change for yourselves too (let's be honest here and recognise that it's not been an overnight radical transformation but tiny bit by bit changes that add up to transformation when we invest time in evaluating and celebrating).
When I ask myself "what else?" and "how else?" I'm not wanting to add anymore 'shoulds' to life.
I'm wanting to push myself to expand and grow even further, and guide each of you to expand and grow in more areas of your lives too.
I want us to consciously decide, practice and realise the lives each of us want to live.
For a long time now we've been way more than just weight loss in the Fast Mama Tribe.
We've been and we are about total wellbeing.
Mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
One of the key things that has allowed us to grow, expand and transform our lives has been the SPACE we've held for ourselves and each other.
Space to be.
Space to ask ourselves 'what do I want?'.
Space to practice.
Space to make mistakes and learn.
Space to explore.
Space to be imperfect.
Space to create the lives we want.
This space we share together and the space we hold for ourselves is a gift. It's a secret ingredient in our change.
For some time now I've felt the desire to change our 'Tribe' name to something else. I've been feeling like we've borrowed the term 'Tribe' from indigenous communities and I want to return it to them for their sacred use and find our own term for who and what we are and have here.
I'm thinking we can call our community 'Space'.
I think 'Space' allows us to each make it mean what we need it to mean personally.
I don't know, I'm still thinking about this change. I'll let it simmer in my head and heart for a bit and see if I'm ready to make a decision sometime in the future.
So that's what's running through my head today.

- Know what you want
- Set a plan
- Train your brain
- Allow your feelings
- Show up to your plan
- Evaluate and Celebrate.
This week we will continue our 30 Day Focus on step 3 'Train your brain'.

This week we shine the spotlight on Katy Lou who achieved her Prima goal.
Katy has been living life the way she wants to live it, chipping away at her progress bit by bit.
I've witnessed her shining bright along her path to prima and I'm incredibly proud to celebrate her and her journey with you all.
Katy celebrated with this post:
"Happy Fri-yay Tribies!!! Well, I didn’t really expect to be announcing this so early in June …. but … I just hit Prima!!!! Scales say 144.6lbs!!! Prima target was 145lbs! Yikes!!!! I will post a proper story after work tonight but for the moment this is my face Keep at it Tribies … doing the work on myself was what got me here! "
Back at the end of April Katy shared:
"So April has been a long emotional month but I feel like I am literally starting to blossom like spring is here! I finally christened my new paddleboard last night with a friend (yup I did fall in! But just like the Tribe it meant I practiced getting back up and on!) and I have started “nature journalling” because my new garden is blossoming with edible “weeds”! It was so therapeutic! I feel ready now to double-down on my weight loss efforts to reach Prima (I have been maintaining the last 1-2 months at 10stone 11/10 ish and want to get under 10 stone 7lbs. This is my time!!!!"
A massive congratulations Katy! Your weight is just the bonus as you really have been shining bright even through challenges. Well done.
