Holy Moly, what a week. (What a month!)
Covid this time around was not as kind as my first round. But I'm through it and feeling SO much better.
One of my biggest challenges was allowing myself to rest and recover without "Shoulding" on myself. I've come a looooong way with it and am so proud of myself.
Speaking of being proud, far out I'm proud of you for your Fast 5 Challenge efforts.
Whilst the challenge didn't go as I wanted it to in terms of supporting you, so many of you showed up for yourselves and had an amazing 5 days.
Notice how awesome you feel after just 5 days!
This great feeling is what I want you to be bottling up and wanting for yourselves.
To feel great is what you deserve. Not to feel crap and tired. You're better than that.
With all that has happened in my personal life over the past month I've been feeling pretty flat and tired. But today one of my great friends told me to put my positive pants on for the week, and soon after I received a knock at the door and another friend had sent me a boquet of Sunflowers.
It got me thinking about the power of positive pants (which really is just a positive mindset) and what a gift it is that we can give ourselves.
SO, this weeks focus is on flipping our thinking to positive thinking and focussing on CAN's. What you CAN have. What you CAN do.
