Whoa, can you believe it's the end of March already? 

We're a quarter of the way through the year. 

And we're finishing 31 days of practice πŸ’ƒπŸ₯³

This week I want you to evaluate your past 31 days. 

Especially if you think you shouldn't or don't need to evaluate. 

How do you do an evaluation?

Ask yourself 3 simple questions, over the past 31 days:
What worked? 
What didn't work?
What do I want to do differently moving forward to the next 31 days? 

 

A great big congratulations and cheer to everyone who completed the 31 days of practice. Whether it was messy, imperfect, 80% or anything else in between, well done for putting in the practice.

 

Coming up this week I'm running a special 'Back to Basics' masterclass on Creating calm and freedom around food.
