Day 13 I think. I'll have to double check that one.
No change on the scale. That's ok as I'm living my base plan.
If you live your base plan you will still lose weight. Your base plan is a plan that will have you maintain when you're at goal weight. If you follow your base plan before you get to goal weight you will lose weight. It will be slower than your fast plan but it still works. It's so important to practice your base plan along the way and not be going from fast to feast to fast to feast.
You find your base plan through trial and error. Through practice, collecting data and tweaking. Through collecting data on your fast and feast plans, finding out how your body responds to different foods.
I never weigh my food or track calories, I have learnt what my body likes.
To lose faster I could add some extended fasts (I thought about it last week but it was 100% the wrong reasons behind me wanting to do it so I decided not to. I do want to eventually be practicing a 24 hour fast every single week forever as a health fast but I want to do it from a clean mental place and I haven't dedicated selfcoaching time to it yet. Soon.)
Anyway, I have to hurry, it's 6.30am and we're packing the car to head away by 7.15am. Gotta mark out the light spots on the ceiling too.
I'll add my plan here when we're driving (hubby) on the way to the farm.
Ok, on our way.
Plan for today:
Lunch - likely ploughman's so I'll have 1 breadroll filled with salad and a little protein.
Dinner - protein and veggies. Only a few pieces potato and sweet potato. Fill up on other veg.
2 pieces of chocolate after dinner.
3 alcoholic drinks in total today. Likely a beer after our day of harvesting. Then 2 wines with/after dinner.
Feeling: rushed and stressed.
Breath.
I trust my schedule and eating plan.
Today is a feast plan day, it's set and amazing!
Lunch I had half a roll with salad and ham then a wrap with salad and ham too.
Dinner was chicken and veggies. I had a few more sweet potatoes and potatoes than I wanted.
I said no to chocolate which was great.
But I did have 4 alcoholic drinks.
Plus about 8 corn chips.
So I did not show up how I wanted to.
It's Sunday night as I fill this in and I'm a little disappointed but also forgiving.
I don't feel amazing right now and it's a combination of the food I ate and the amount of work I did.
Did over 12k steps both days.
I wouldn't want to change my plan next time, I'd want to stick to the plan I had set. Good to know.
I'm ready to draw a line and move forward.
