Tribies, it's week 7 of our 60 Day Challenge. That means there's about 2.5 weeks to go.
What a great time to check in with yourself and see if you've shown up in a way that makes you proud or if you want to make the most of the next 2.5 weeks so you DO feel proud as we cross the 60 day mark.
Last week I shared the Process that will get you to goal weight and have you live there, maintaining for the rest of your life.
This week I'm excited to share with you a new tool that will make following the process SO much easier. A tool we will call from this day forward "The Pause Method".

My 5 year old son Louis told me he's learning Facts and Opinions at school.
I asked him for an example and he said "All girls like the colour pink. Is that a fact or an opinion? (before I got a chance to respond he excitedly said) "it's an opinion".
He was pretty proud.
So I asked him (probably not the right situation but I couldn't help myself) "how about 'You are a very handsome boy' is that a fact or opinion" and he says with so much confidence "That's a Fact!".
No hesitation, no discomfort talking positively about himself.
Just solid confidence.
(I did share that it was my opinion but that I would also argue that it definitely WAS a fact π)
Imagine if we all felt that confident and full of self love. How would our days and weeks be different?
How would we talk to ourselves and treat ourselves?
Imagine.
Imagine and then let's work on just trying to have just 1% of what Louis has for himself.
