    1. What if I miss a live call?
      Don’t worry! All replays will be posted on this page after each session.
    2. Do I need to follow a strict diet for the challenge?
      No! The Fast 5 Challenge is all about finding freedom from food rules. You’ll learn how to create a plan that works for you without feeling deprived.
    3. How long will I have access to the replays?
      Replays will be available for the entire challenge, and you’ll have access to them for a week after the challenge ends.
    4. Where can I find the workbook?
      You can download your workbook from the link at the top of this page.
    5. How do I join Fast Mama?
