This planner has been designed to help you make the most of the 28 Days. If the only thing you do this Challenge is follow along with this planner you will make radical progress. You can download the planner below.

This planner will guide you through the practices required for permanent change. The practices required to help you lose weight and keep it off.
You can print it off and fill it in, use an electronic copy or have an e-copy you use alongside your journal and pen. The main thing is, practice practice practice.
